| Description: | RESPONSIBILITIES: Community Shares is interested in a matching volunteer's interests with the organization's needs. Responsibilities vary but may may include- 1. Answer office telephones, taking and transferring messages to appropriate staff members. 2. Assist with copying and filing. 3. Assist with the preparation of bulk mailings. 4. Sort and package promotional materials for distribution. 5. Assist with routine word processing and data entry. 6. Assist staff with office maintenance (watering plants, cleaning, etc.). 7. Proof data base reports for accuracy. 8. Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information related to Community Shares and its member organizations. |
